Job description

As a Server at Washington National Golf Club, you will serve guests in a friendly, sincere manner and you will interact with guests to ensure they have an outstanding experience every time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the point-of-sale system. - Initiate contact with guests within 15 feet, with a sincere welcome and the willingness to assist the guest. At the conclusion of the guest’s visit, offer a genuine thank you and invitation to return. - Proficiently execute server sequence - Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter. - Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required. - Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
