Lab126 began in 2004 as a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc., originally creating the best-selling Kindle family of products. Since then, we have produced groundbreaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV and Amazon Echo. What will you help us create? The Role: As a Sr. Connectivity Systems Engineer, you will: - Define wireless architecture for consumer electronics devices - Define key performance metric and drive modeling efforts to predict end-to-end system performance - Perform gap analysis and system performance optimization across radio, PHY, MAC, firmware and software. Basic Qualifications: - Experience in communication theory, OFDM, MIMO, Digital/Wireless Communication Systems or RF engineering - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - 7+ Experience in Wireless Architecture or Systems - 7+ years of experience in Wireless/RF - Experience in Wi-Fi/BT/BLE/ZigBee/WAN/GPS/UWB or NFC - Strong knowledge in PHY/MAC - Experience with scripting languages and simulation tools such as Python/MatLab, and etc. Preferred Qualifications: Amazon is an e...
