Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal Advanced Research, LLC (AFAR) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a potential contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS) in Norman, Oklahoma. The NWS operates a complex, interconnected enterprise of systems responsible for the collection, processing, and dissemination of weather data and forecast products. These systems range from field-deployed observation infrastructure (e.g., ASOS, radar networks, data buoys) to mission-critical processing platforms (e.g., AWIPS, MRMS) and enterprise-level data architectures.
