We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Risk and Compliance operations, located in Lyde Green, Bristol (BS16 7LB). This role focuses on making sure credit decisions, customer due diligence (CDD), and onboarding processes are completed accurately, consistently, and in line with UK regulations, while delivering a strong customer experience. You’ll manage the day to day running of the Risk Operations team, covering credit decision making, customer due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. You’ll balance regulatory standards, risk appetite and service levels, while improving efficiency and supporting wider business goals.
