What you'll bring to the team Health and Safety Manager Location: Chessington World of Adventures, Leatherhead Road, KT9 2NE Contract Type: Permanent, salaried: We are recruiting for Health and Safety Manager to join our ROAR-some Health and Safety Team! The Health and Safety Manager will support the Health and Safety Director in promoting a positive and proactive safety culture across the Resort, helping to ensure that safety remains simple, relevant and embedded into everyday working practices. A key part of your responsibilities will involve establishing, maintaining and continuously improving the Resort’s safety management system so that it aligns with both wider Merlin strategy and is compliant with legislative policies, standards and wider safety initiatives. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the Resort’s safety assurance programme. This includes supporting internal audit activity, responding to actions raised by third‑party audits and working closely with managers to ensure safety plans are implemented effectively.
