REAL TIME CONSULTING (An RTCo Company)—POSITION DESCRIPTION J OB TITLE: Technical Recruiter-Engineering: WORK LOCATION: Fully Remote for AZ, NM, TX resident candidates JOB SUMMARY: Real Time Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter- Engineering to join our organization and contribute to the comprehensive sourcing, recruiting, and placement lifecycle for Engineering project resource requirements. You will be responsible for full-desk delivery to meet this requirement including sourcing, screening, coordinating client interviews and meetings, compensation negotiation, and job offer presentation. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform Recruiting activities (identify job requirements, sourcing, pre-screening, technical screening, selection of qualified candidates for submission to hiring manager) - Determine applicant technical and soft-skill qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements - Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the ATS system (CATS) and Excel - Develop a network of candidates and re...
