Our Team, Your Impact POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides front line leadership to direct reports in support of the manufacturing/packaging of drug products. The preferred candidate drives a culture of compliance, ownership and continuous improvement by blending an understanding of lean concepts with a working knowledge of equipment, processes and systems. Shift: This position follows a fixed night shift schedule, working Tuesday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM.
