The Facility Rehab Coordinator of the rehabilitation department will lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists in the skilled nursing facility. Excellent interdisciplinary communication skills: Effectively lead in times of change Proficiently collaborate with facility administration Should have a fundamental understanding of PDPM reimbursement. Coordinates, leads, and directs facility rehab department. Provides clinical expertise in treatment of patients.
