Position Summary This position is a cross-functional role, and is primary responsible for delighting and educating customers during every interaction, as well as executing floor prep and warehouse functions. This is accomplished by helping every guest to find their inspiration through style, design, quality, and/or price and by building great relationships based on trust. This role will also execute floor moves and assist with managing product flow and warehouse functions. Position Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Guest Engagement – Greet and engage customers and execute sales proficiency using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and supporting behaviors. Handle guest transactions and the checkout process. Training – Complete and demonstrate the ability to effectively execute to company expectations all new hire and ongoing training modules.
