WHAT OUR ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGERS DO: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily park operations. This role provides hands-on leadership across all departments, ensures a safe and exceptional guest experience, supports staffing and training efforts, and helps maintain operational, financial, and safety standards. The AGM serves as the acting GM when required and plays a key role in driving teamwork, consistency, and operational excellence.
