SUMMARY: Mortenson’s Power Delivery group is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent I to provide overall electrical expertise and supervision for project electrical scopes from planning through closeout. This role will oversee electrical subcontractors, ensure quality installations, and support site management in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate electrical work on-site, including underground cabling, overhead lines, and substation construction - Review drawings, submittals, and specifications for quality and compliance - Develop and maintain project schedules and 3-week look-aheads - Supervise and ensure quality control for self-performed and subcontracted work - Monitor subcontractor performance, safety, and resource planning - Lead installation and termination of fiber optic cables - Enforce Mortenson’s Zero Injury Program and project quality standards - Coach and mentor field personnel and assist with hiring decisions QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - Minimum 12 years of experience with high and medium voltage equipment, transmission/collection lines, and substation con...
