Overview As a Senior Program Manager, Digital Transformation , you will lead the delivery of complex, cross‑functional digital and transformation initiatives in partnership with our IPS and Linesight teams. You will work with highly experienced, collaborative, and diverse professionals to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution, ensuring programs are delivered with clarity, rigor, and measurable impact. In this role, you will act as a trusted execution lead, coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies, and maintaining strong governance across multiple workstreams. You will be empowered to take real ownership of delivery outcomes, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of how we execute and scale digital initiatives across the business.
