The Spa Manager also oversees the coordination of all guest requests. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and maintain appropriate staffing in the Spa by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, motivating evaluating, assisting with career development, promoting, upholding departmental expectations, disciplining, and terminating employees as needed. Set employee goals and expectations and ensure that each employee has a copy of the employee handbook and fully understands all department and organizational policies and procedures while ensuring that the staff provides the highest level of customer service.
