Key Responsibilities: Promote and support the company’s vision and culture across all shop operations. Provide direct supervision to Maintenance Foremen, Supervisors, Leads, and support staff to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Oversee parts purchasing to ensure cost-effective sourcing, vendor compliance, and accurate inventory management, including barcoding and bin labeling in accordance with company policy. Ensure all parts purchases are made through approved national account vendors, limiting non-approved vendors to emergency situations only; manage monthly 90-day non-usage return processes. Review and approve all repair orders for accuracy, ensuring proper documentation of the 3Cs (Complaint, Cause, Correction), Standard Repair Times (SRTs), SOP compliance, and correct warranty coding.
