Be the central point of contact for the change agenda, advancing the future-state operating model. As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Consumer Bank, you will mobilize product teams to deliver initiatives at scale, ensuring efficient operating models and process improvements through automation and AI. You’ll establish frameworks to keep product, technology, design, data, and business stakeholders informed, reducing change fatigue and accelerating adoption. You will partner with the Change Management Executive (CMEX) function and lead Change Champions and Agents to prioritize, plan, execute, and monitor change across the portfolio.
