Job Summary: APTIM is seeking experienced Senior Radiological Control Technicians to support radiological field operations in San Francisco, CA. We are seeking experienced Health Physics/Radiological Control Technicians who can effectively embrace the technical and operational challenges of high profile and critically important field level project support activities. Technicians that can execute radiation health & safety surveys, controls and processes the highest technical and data integrity standards as set forth by APTIM, and project stakeholders. General Responsibilities: - Carries out company's health physics policies and procedures on field project assignments. - Performs field Health Physics Technician assignments to align with the objectives of the project work schedule. - Maintains and operates radiation measuring equipment; conduct radiological ground surface and equipment surveys, and performs radiological sampling; interprets survey and sample data; able to document radiological surveys performed in high quality, error fee format. - Provides instruction to others regarding radiological hazards.
