In this permanent, full time role, you’ll work at the heart of major technology and controls uplift initiatives that are reshaping how Pacific Banking operates day to day. You’ll partner closely with business, technology, risk and delivery teams to understand how things work today, imagine how they could work better tomorrow, and turn that thinking into clear, practical requirements. Your work will span systems, processes, controls and data across a complex banking landscape, helping improve resilience, service quality and operational confidence. You’ll facilitate workshops, bring people together around shared understanding, and create analysis artefacts that genuinely move work forward.
