Department: 37501 Advocate Christ Medical Center - Acute Care Rehabilitation Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Floats to 2 or more hospitals or Floats to 3 or more locations within a 45-minute radius which may include floating to multiple care settings over 2 or more hospitals/ medical centers. This position comes with an additional stipend to your base pay due to the need to float between our South Chicago area. This position requires consistent day shift hours through the weekdays and a single weekend day per week. Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 Major Responsibilities: · Interprets physician referrals, as appropriate, and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations utilizing appropriate methods. Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals and by utilizing appropriate techniques. Monitors and evaluates outcomes and appropriately adjusts the individualized treatment plan based on the patient's response to treatment and provides status updates to physicians and other teammates.
