Elementary School: Teacher Pre-K-3 Collaboration -Meadows Elementary - ( 260000OL ) Description Job Overview The Pre-K 3 Collaboration Teacher plays a key role in the partnership between Fort Bend ISD and BakerRipley Head Start, delivering instruction and educational support to three- and four-year-old students at collaboration campuses. In partnership with the Head Start Co-Teacher, this role involves planning lessons, managing student behavior, assessing progress, and adapting instruction to meet individual needs. The teacher will use resources from both FBISD and Head Start to support eligible children and their families. Ongoing, professional collaboration with the BakerRipley Co-Teacher is essential. Both educators are equal partners in creating a cohesive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
