Your New Role: Reporting to the DE&I Lead, the DE&I Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in advancing AustralianSuper’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) agenda and vision - To harness the value of diverse perspectives where all colleagues feel they belong. You will lead key DE&I initiatives, compliance activities and strategic projects across the colleague lifecycle. Working closely with leaders and teams across the organisation, you’ll combine strong analytical capability with practical delivery to help embed DE&I into policies, processes and everyday ways of working, while ensuring regulatory obligations are met and meaningful, data ‑ driven outcomes are achieved.
