Role: We are seeking an Application Specialist to join our customer team. This is on-site working from customer office at Laverton. This role reports into Practice Manager. - 4 Days at Laverton Location - NV1 or ability to obtain (Australian Citizens) - 3-5 years' Experience Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Application Development, Enhancement, and Support of technical components in 3rd party applications - Enhancements to application components where appropriate - Respond to alerts raised by application monitoring, investigate and resolve - Follow ITIL best practice for incident management - Proactively check processes with a view to identifying issues before they affect deliverables - Analysis of data-related issues to determine how best to resolve application integrity issues - Application Support for all business applications and interfaces - Technical assistance f...
