Pay Rate $21.00 #TowncountrySD Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: - Maintain constant surveillance of the pool, deck, and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety. - Enforce all hotel and pool safety policies and procedures professionally and consistently. - Respond quickly to water rescues and emergency situations, administering lifesaving techniques such as CPR and First Aid as needed. - Provide courteous, professional assistance to guests and address questions or concerns. - Inspect pool areas and equipment to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs and report all incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management in accordance with established procedures. - Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly pool environment. - Maintain required certifications and participate in training and safety drills. - As...
