Leading an Agentic AI domain such as Customer or Operations, you drive the re‑imagination of end‑to‑end value chains, shaping how Agentic AI enables the Group’s business priorities in practice. The role requires strong understanding of AI and Agentic AI, combined with business acumen and a solution‑oriented mindset to translate ambition into clear value cases and realistic, scalable roadmaps. You orchestrate the full lifecycle of Agentic AI initiatives within the domain, from core capabilities and shared foundations through prioritisation, build, deployment, and value realisation, working across business, technology, and control functions.
