Job Summary: Jira is the operational backbone of our organization — spanning the full business lifecycle from initial customer quoting, through production and manufacturing, all the way to product returns and warranty management. It is equally central to our Program Management and Engineering teams. As Jira adoption has grown across every major department, so too has the complexity of our workflows, integrations, and customizations. We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator / Developer to own, develop, and continuously improve these systems.
