We are seeking highly motivated people with exposure in a similar role or industry to join our Crestmead Manufacturing Facility. x2 positions available. The Role: Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor & Manager, the Warehouse Operator’s primary focus is to: - Complete the day-to-day activities of the Goods In department focusing on efficiently handling, receipting and processing stock inward in a productive, accurate and safe manner - Achieve 100% accuracy to receipting goods whilst minimising unnecessary damage - Improve efficiency through accountability to standard operating procedures - Efficiently load and receipt stock into/from the ASRS - Provide coaching and training to new team members as requested by the Team Leader - Promote teamwork between the manufacturing departments - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legislative requirements in the area of safety - Execute directives that support the business strategy The A...
