Job description

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Electrical Engineering in our Broomfield, CO location, to lead an Electrical Engineering department designing, building, testing, validating, and maintaining advanced technologies for trapped-ion quantum computing. The leader will support and manage a team including electrical and test engineers and technicians. The technical portfolio of the EE department includes a broad range of low-noise analog electronics, RF, PCB layout, digital design, and FPGA programming. Key Responsibilities: Establish strategic plans for your team, including: - Technical scope: milestones, inchstones, and key decision points. - Develop test plans and identify key handoffs with technical partners. - Recognize critical interdependencies with peer groups and adjacent disciplines. Own and manage programmatic execution of the above plans, including: - Tracking and reporting progress against the plan. - Resource allocation and prioritization to meet milestones. - Risk/opportunity identification and management. - Lead a team of engineers and technicians delivering innovative solutions in analog and digital electronics to enable the next generation of trapped ion quantum compute...
