General Summary Performs analytical and operational duties to support venture and innovation initiatives across the organization. Responsible for providing financial, operational, and analytical support for venture and project related activities including budgeting, financial tracking, invoicing, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and portfolio performance monitoring. Collaborates with innovation leadership, finance teams, and internal stakeholders to support the financial planning, operational management, and evaluation of venture initiatives. Assists in maintaining financial visibility across the venture portfolio and innovation projects. Supports the development of reporting and analytics that inform strategic decision making. Provides analysis, reporting, and operational coordination to ensure venture and innovation initiatives are financially managed, tracked, and evaluated in alignment with organizational goals and strategy.
