What you will be doing: - Achieve new business, written premium and loss ratio goals by effectively managing assigned portfolio of insurance agencies. - Deliver Slide's value proposition to potential agencies and principals. - Increase agency engagement by improving the percentage of quoting and producing agencies within assigned portfolio. - Develop and foster strong business relationships with all clients. - Manage onboarding of newly appointed agents to include initial prospecting, appointing, training, and business goal planning. - Conduct training for assigned agents on Slide's underwriting guidelines, procedures, programs, website, and web rater. - Identify agency training/product information needs and communicate needs to Agency Services. - Leverage subject matter expertise from the functional areas to identify cost and trend drivers and recommend potential solutions. - Collaborate with internal...
