We are looking for a Product Owner for a key role in developing customer data management. The role combines strong business understanding, modern product thinking, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A central focus of the role is development work around a significant customer data domain, where high ‑ quality data and well ‑ designed master data solutions play a critical role.: The position is located in either Helsinki or Oulu. Like the rest of OP Pohjola, we combine on-site and remote work flexibly in our daily work.: What is the role about?: As a Product Owner, you are responsible for steering and prioritizing the team’s work as part of the wider tribe. You create and clarify the team’s vision based on the tribe’s objectives and guide day ‑ to ‑ day work accordingly. At the core of your role is a deep understanding of customer needs: you break down needs into concrete actions, prioritize the backlog, and actively seek the best solutions to maximize business and customer value.
