Job Description: The incumbent is responsible for managing policies and procedures related to passenger services, as well as the associated training activities. Responsabilities: - Manage passenger-related procedures and the Passenger Services Manual. - Creates and delivers passenger services training online and train the trainer. - Manage procedural content and updating of www.airtransat.com and RVI. - Reviews and adjusts policy based on feedback from stations, government agencies, commercial initiatives and IT projects. - Liaison with other departments for procedural issues. - Provides guidanc...
