You will oversee the technical direction of projects, mentor developers, coordinate cross-team collaboration, and ensure high-quality delivery across our systems. As a Team Lead, you will balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, driving improvements in architecture, code quality, performance, and development processes. You will also play an essential role in building and scaling the team — participating in hiring, onboarding, skill development, and shaping the engineering culture.
