Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of lime-based products in soil stabilization across Indiana and Illinois. This role leverages extensive industry experience and existing relationships to increase the use and understanding of the lime-based reagents in various construction segments. Responsibilities: 1. Promotion and Market Development: Promote lime-based soil stabilization solutions for highways, roads, and construction projects. Collaborate with regional contractors, geotechnical engineers and industry associations to promote the use and effectiveness of soils stabilization. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase the adoption of lime-based products in the construction industry. 2. Industry Collaboration: Establish and foster strong partnerships with state Department of Transportation (DOT), industry associations, and construction departments. Engage with relevant bodies such as state road builders' associations, American Reclaiming and Recycling Association, and other state-specific associations. 3.
