Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Preparing and assisting with medications as prescribed by Healthcare Providers to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. - Documenting medications given and/or not given in eMAR. - Communicate to the Resident, Healthcare Providers, Family/POA, and Director/Nurse regarding change in medication orders, refill challenges, or missed scheduled doses of medication. - Observing, reporting, and documenting changes in resident conditions in Yardi EHR progress notes and Nurse to Med Aide Communication Log. - Documenti...
