Responsible and accountable for directing, planning, organizing, operating, communicating, maintaining, documenting, staffing and monitoring the functions associated with the installation, maintenance, and support of the organization's PC and server-based applications, storage and hardware equipment and users on a 7/24 basis. Areas of responsibility include, but may not be limited to, security of the computing environment, server hardware, storage, backups, software, test systems, inventory, utilities, applications, databases, research and development, licensing, implementations, and user account maintenances for all MLH entities.
