Role Overview Lead Patient Dining Excellence at a Premier Academic Medical Center Sodexo is seeking a passionate leader for a Patient Services Manager at Penn State Health’s flagship 628-bed medical center, Penn State Health - Milton S. What You'll Do: Oversee daily patient meal service operations across patient care units Lead implementation and execution of HealthTouch platform and Experiencia initiatives Support bedside ordering model and traditional patient meal delivery systems Direct tray line operations serving approximately 300 patient meals per service Manage and support a team of approximately 25 frontline employees Supervise scheduling, delegation, and daily workflow to meet...
