About The Career: The Plant and Engineering Team Lead is responsible for overseeing plant operations and engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. This role leads maintenance and engineering teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages equipment performance, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, optimizing plant performance, and supporting operational goals.
