Information Technology Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company seeks an experienced Information Technology Manager in our Everett, WA location to lead the Boeing Configuration Services (BCS) and Data Migration engineering team within the Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Engineering & Product Support division. You will lead a globally distributed software team that designs, builds, deploys, and supports Boeing Configuration Services & Data Migration solutions that enable Boeing engineers across the product lifecycle. This hands‑on manager will combine technical leadership, people development, and cross‑functional delivery to improve engineering productivity, system reliability, and user experience. Position Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a distributed BCS & Data Migration engineering team and direct reports supporting the broader 3DX PLM product family; cultivate an inclusive, accountable, human‑centered team culture.
