The Performance and Sales Analyst is a key role within Ford Credit Britain’s Business Operations team, providing data driven insight into national sales and marketing performance. Using advanced analysis, forecasting and reporting, the role supports strategic decision making across sales activity, finance penetration, renewals and forward order bank management. You will work closely with dealer partners, Ford of Britain and wider European and global teams to improve performance, strengthen reporting capabilities and support growth areas such as online sales, loyalty, commercial vehicles and electric vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys turning data into actionable insight and influencing business outcomes. - Analyse national sales and marketing performance, delivering insight into trends, risks and growth opportunities - Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting covering sales activity, renewals, portfolio performance, finance penetration and order bank - Support sales and marketing strategy through campaign analysis, performance evaluation and recommendations - Develop, enhance and automate dashboards and rep...
