Paint Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Description Main Purpose: The Paint Supervisor upholds the safety regulations of our company and supervises production processes to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations, budget and delivery requirements. This position is responsible for supervising a large, diverse and talented paint manufacturing team. The primary goal of this position is to properly organize team members and achieve an efficient and productive workflow throughout the day. This position will also include directing, disciplining, training and assisting lower-level manufacturing employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Essential Functions: - Coordinate and supervise daily activities of painting employees - Assure monthly goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow, prevent bottlenecks and ensure each stage of the manufacturing process flows smoothly into the next - Set priorities for the team to ensure daily task completion - Monitor, track and meet project budgeted labor hours - Ensure employee timecards are correct and labor hours are properly recorded, including rework - Interpret and execute policies and procedures -...
