Location: IU Health 575 Riley Hospital Drive Schedule: Monday 730am – 400pm Tuesday 730am - 510pm: Wednesday 730am - 510pm: Thursday 730am -430p: Friday 730am - 210pm: No Weekend: Performs a number of functions related to accounts receivable such as claims processing and payment collection. May assist patients with questions about and problems with their accounts. May contact third-party payers regarding claims, update account information and provide administrative tasks on accounts. Key Responsibilities: Dental Insurance management Timely submission of dental claims: Dental claim validation for accuracy: Prior authorization for dental services: Treatment planning: Pre-Appointment collection of co-payments: Appointment confirmations: Related reports and documentation: Medical cross-coding for dental services to support patient need to file medical claims.
