Job description

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Regional Client Advocate to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain regular engagement with State/Territory Directors of Information Management and other regional stakeholders to collect requirements, feedback, and emerging issues. - Communicate enterprise initiatives, system updates, patch/maintenance schedules, and rollout plans to regional partners; coordinate readiness actions. - Represent regional concerns in enterprise governance forums; escalate risks, constraints, and dependencies to program leadership. - Facilitate cross‑state collaboration to harmonize adoption while accounting for regional operational differences. - Track and manage stakeholder concerns, service requests, readiness indicators, and resolution status across assigned entities. - Provide recommendations and advisory inputs on regional impacts, implementation risk, and mitigation approaches. - Produce regional status reports, coordination summaries, stakeholder sentiment briefings, and recommended actions for program leadership. - Support exercises, deployments, and transition ac...
