Senior Superintendent

Job description

The Sr. Superintendent is responsible for managing and operating a large volume facility or multiple asset-based locations. This position will oversee and be responsible for execution of all processes, including but not limited to, daily operations, logistics, directing operational activities across multiple teams, training and development of team members, blending and mixing, ensure understanding and compliance of safety processes/procedures, customer relations, and enhance Scoular’s ability to operate and grow our business. Safety: - Partner with the business managers and merchants to coordinate all transportation and maintenance needs for the facility to ensure on-time deliveries. - Position will require strong execution focus with increased awareness and understanding of commodity and operational complexity (shuttle loaders, mix and blend, etc.) - Provide strategic plans to Scoular leadership to maintain facility in industry-competitive performance capability through preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement strategies. - Responsible for product quality, quantity and inventories.
