Product Manager , Route Optimization & Agentic AI

What's the role? We empower our customers to achieve better outcomes—from optimizing logistics and fleet operations to enabling safer, more efficient mobility experiences. We are looking for a Product Manager to support the Tour Planning and Route Optimization solution and help develop its cognitive layer. This role is about understanding important customer problems, shaping product direction with evidence, and helping teams deliver capabilities that create real value. At HERE, you will shape AI-powered products used by millions and work on real-world agentic systems, not demos or research-only prototypes, and help define how agentic systems learn from their own behavior at scale. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, and other domain experts to discover opportunities, validate ideas, define priorities, and bring capabilities to market. This is a hands-on product role for someone who understands agile ways of working, uses design thinking and discovery practices well, and has experience both building products from 0 to 1 and helping scale products that already have traction.
