DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Attends meetings and hotel training sessions as required by hotel management. QUALIFICATIONS: Desirable: - Washes, scrubs, and maintains Kitchen and related walls and floors. - Operates dishwashing machine to manufacturer's specifications and instructions. - Washes and scrubs pots and pans used in the Kitchen. - Arranges Chinaware, Silver in store rooms and shelves. - Empties various garbage cans as appropriate. - Assists Kitchen personnel as required. - Adopts the "Clear as you go" method of working. - Sets up work station as required including filling dish machine, checking chemical levels, setting up flatware presoak, and gathering required set-up equipment for pot sink. - Rinses/scrapes all dishes; washes dishes and flatware as each rack is filled; may put clean dishes in assigned storage location. - Sweeps and mops kitchen floor at the end of each meal period and after each spill. - Monitors c...
