UMaine Auxiliary Enterprises is seeking Facilities Maintenance Worker CL1s to perform custodial tasks, in residence halls, dining commons, retail spaces, and/or offices. Be a part of the team that keeps our campus clean, safe, and welcoming for current and future students, faculty, staff and visitors. This is a full-time, regular, position, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Starting pay is $17.80/hr. Available Schedules: Monday - Friday 1:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Sunday - Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. UMaine Housing offers: Facilities Maintenance Worker CL1s (Housing Custodians) are responsible for cleaning campus residence halls and auxiliary buildings to include daily, weekly, monthly and other cyclical tasks, and assist with exterior tasks such as snow removal and sanding of building entrances and walkways.
