Seasonal Residential Mental Health Worker I - All Shifts - Cape & Islands Adult Community Clinical Services 260003M9 Description This is a seasonal position for an anticipated duration of 90 days. The Cape & Islands Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) operated by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a dynamic candidate who will provide direct care services to individuals in a residential group home setting. This position will act as a primary advocate for assigned Persons Served; assisting individuals to meet their rehabilitation goals, completing required daily documentation and maintaining a Person Centered, Trauma Informed approach. The selected candidate will work as part of a residential group home team within the ACCS program and will provide rehabilitative interventions to persons with major mental illness by participating in the development of comprehensive assessments as well as developing and implementing the clients’ Individual Action Plan.
