Head/Sous Chef (4+ Week Contract) | Barossa Valley, SA About the Role: The Louise is seeking a Temporary Head/Sous Chef for a 4+ week contract to support our kitchen team at Appellation Restaurant, the award-winning dining destination at the heart of the Barossa Valley. Working alongside a talented kitchen team, you will assist in delivering refined, produce-driven menus that showcase the best of South Australia. This is a hands-on role, supporting daily kitchen operations and ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency during service. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting the day-to-day kitchen operations at Appellation - Assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes - Maintaining exceptional food standards and consistency - Supporting the team during service periods in a fast-paced environment - Upholding food safety and hygiene standards About You: You are an experienced chef with a passion for high-quality produce and refined dining.
