TikTok is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our EMEA team focusing on the Europe region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role based in London. Responsibilities: - 1. Managing and improving payroll operations of multiple countries within the EMEA region, including UK payroll. - 2. Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA. - 3. Develop relationships with local authorities, including Social Security, Tax, etc. - 4. Partner with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to upgrade employee experience.
