This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $10,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer. Essential Qualifications: Education, Required Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Licenses/Certifications BLS & ACLS required, PALS (preferred) Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Proficient oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills Current clinical experience preferred.
