Jacuzzi Group, a leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our operations in Roselle, IL. The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of production and distribution, ensuring the plant operates efficiently and meets all safety, quality, and productivity targets. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - The Director of Operations will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing the operations strategies as well as transformation plans.
